Secret Shopping-Your Front Desk $495

Let's face it, your front desk and admin team can make or break a sale before the patient even gets to the office. This starts with a 1:1 call with you to see where you think your "leaks in the boat might be" then over the course of 7-10 days members of our team make calls to secret shop your staff. You'll then get a full report from us showing where we think calls went right or wrong, were we greeted properly, was the call answered in a timely and professional manner, did your team member instill confidence in us to book, did they offer enhancements, did they use the right vocabulary etc. The last step is to get on a call with your admin team and in a positive and uplifting way show them how they can improve and become a part of your growth.

It's an oxymoron we know. There shouldn't be downtime in your practice. In this call we first work with you privately to come up with solutions you need to make your team proactive instead of reactive towards their schedule. What should they be doing in slow times to build the books? We then help you create a custom downtime check sheet for different members of your staff. We then get on a call with your whole team to help train them on how to utilize the list, best practices and what is expected of them.
