Meet the Team

The team behind Your Practice Solutions is not made up of career consultants. We are former practice owners, operators, marketers, and growth strategists who have spent decades inside real med spas, wellness clinics, and functional medicine practices. Everything we teach comes from firsthand experience building, scaling, and supporting the kinds of businesses our clients run every day.

Angela Baldasare

Co-Founder & Practice consultant

Angela Baldasare started her career in the medical field at just 24 years old as an office manager for Atlanta ENT Associates, where she quickly learned that running a successful practice takes a lot more than good medicine. It takes systems, leadership, follow-up, happy patients, a trained team, full books, and someone willing to look under the hood when things get messy.

With over three decades of experience in the medical, wellness, and aesthetics space, including 26 years as an owner and two private equity exits, Angela brings a rare perspective to the consulting world. She is not a provider, and that is exactly the point. Her expertise lives in the operational side of the business, the place where practices either scale beautifully or slowly bleed money while everyone pretends it is “just a slow week.”

As a non-provider owner, Angela became highly skilled at keeping the books full, the patients happy, the team productive, and the business moving forward without losing her sanity in the process. Her work spans everything from front desk performance, patient acquisition, events, daily/weekly/monthly admin systems, downtime strategy, lead nurture, staff training, protocols, membership structure, growth planning, and the real-world preparation it takes to scale, sell, or simply stop feeling like the practice owns you.

Angela is especially passionate about helping owners build clinics that run with more structure, more profit, and less chaos. Whether a practice is trying to grow, prepare for private equity, clean up operations, train the team, fill the schedule, or figure out why the front desk keeps acting like follow-up is optional, Angela brings the kind of clear, direct guidance that only comes from having lived it herself.

Angela's consulting style is part Olivia Pope, part Mary Poppins, and absolutely no BS. She brings the strategy, the systems, the tough love, and the occasional spoonful of sugar when needed, but make no mistake, she is there to help owners fix what is leaking, protect what they have built, and create a practice that can grow without taking their sanity down with it.

Brent Baldasare, DC, FMS, CPE

Co-Founder & Practice CONSULTANT

Dr. Brent Baldasare has spent more than 30 years in the wellness, weight loss, and regenerative medicine space, including 26 years as a practice owner, where he learned very quickly that great clinical outcomes alone do not build a successful business. A practice also needs systems, operational structure, strong leadership, accountability, patient retention, and a team that can execute consistently without everything falling back on the owner.

Over the course of his career, Brent helped build, scale, and successfully exit multiple seven-figure wellness and medical aesthetics practices while treating more than 35,000 patients along the way. His experience spans clinical operations, protocol development, telehealth implementation, team performance, compliance, business scalability, and the operational infrastructure required to support long-term growth.

Brent specializes in helping owners simplify what feels overwhelming. He has a talent for taking complicated operational or clinical problems and turning them into practical next steps that teams can actually implement. Whether a practice is struggling with inefficiency, inconsistent systems, poor workflow, scaling challenges, or operational bottlenecks, Brent focuses on building structure that supports both profitability and sustainability.

Brent's consulting style is direct, tactical, and refreshingly free of ego. No jargon. No overcomplicated theories. Just clear guidance from someone who has spent decades building, running, and scaling the exact kinds of businesses most owners are trying to create.

Lyndsey Capouano

director of marketing & operations

As the oldest daughter of Dr. Brent and Angela Baldasare, Lyndsey began her career inside the very practices her family built, scaled, and ultimately sold. Now in her mid-thirties, she brings over 12 years of medical aesthetics marketing and 17 years of overall industry experience to the team.

Lyndsey's rare combination of operational, strategic, and creative expertise set her apart from most marketers in the medical aesthetics space. Her background includes front desk operations, practice management, human resources, branding, website development, paid advertising, social media strategy, content creation, and patient acquisition for both independent practices and large agency clients.

Over the past 6 years, Lyndsey has worked with some of the most recognized agencies in the skincare and medical aesthetics space, serving as an Account Director for more than 40 medical aesthetics and plastic surgery practices, including private equity-backed organizations. She has also helped develop integrated marketing campaigns for industry-leading skincare brands including Epionce and ALASTIN, while simultaneously running her own creative agency serving beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands.

Lyndsey is especially passionate about helping owners understand what is actually happening inside their marketing. From campaign performance and ROAS to lead quality, branding, social media, and website strategy, she helps practices cut through the noise and make smarter, more informed decisions about where their marketing dollars are going.

Her consulting style is practical, educational, and refreshingly honest. She is not afraid to challenge agencies, ask hard questions, or explain marketing reports in plain English so owners actually understand what is working and what is not. She believes marketing should be measurable, aligned with operations, and built to support real business growth, not just vanity metrics and pretty dashboards.
